Cunningham Roof Surveys provides drone-assisted roof inspections and related building surveying services including the supply of inspection reports and recommendations. Services are provided in accordance with industry best practice and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) guidance where applicable.

Reports are produced based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. They are for the use of the named client only and must not be relied upon by third parties without our written consent. Our reports do not constitute legal or financial advice.

Appointments are arranged in advance and access to the property and roof areas must be made available at the agreed time. If access is denied or delayed, additional charges may apply.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Our reports are prepared for the sole use of the client. We do not accept responsibility or liability to any third party who may rely on the report or its contents.

We maintain appropriate Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. A copy of our insurance certificate can be provided upon request.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due tocircumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, airspace restrictions, or regulatory requirements.

Our inspections are non-intrusive and limited to areas visible and accessible at the time of the survey using drone technology and visual observations. No responsibility is accepted for defects that are hidden, concealed or not reasonably accessible.

Drone flights are subject to weather conditions and other operational restrictions. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule surveys where it is not safe or legal to fly

Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold reports if payment is overdue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total value of the service(s) provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or special damages. We are not responsible for the cost of rectifying defects or any loss arising from actions taken based on our reports.

All reports, photographs, drone imagery and other materials remain the intellectual property of Cunningham Roof Surveys until full payment has been received. They must not be copied, distributed or used for any other purpose without our written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
